As for customised tracks, you caught us right in the feels there! We’re absolute magnets when it comes to curating something that uniquely defines a love story. So yes! Customised tracks are possible too. That will, however, be at an additional charge.
No, we don’t just cover weddings. While wedding photography is a major part of NAP’s heart and soul, we do cover other events as well such as commercial, fashion and concept shoots, corporate profile shoots, and corporate events.
Not at all. A wedding is a wedding and thus no matter where you decide to have your big day, the packages remain the same. The only things that change are the overhead expenses like travel, food, and accommodation, which will be on actual basis.
Yes, of course! No matter how far we go with technology, the charm of sitting down with your family, flipping through the pages of albums will always remain the same. So yes, we do provide wedding albums and will be happy to work with you on yours as well!
Well, we put our heart and soul (along with our creative outlook, of course) into making sure that we cover your wedding in the grandest way possible to deliver terrific results. So yes, we might use a couple of stills on our socials and website to showcase our portfolio as well as to inspire more couples to take the leap towards turning their big day into a grand memory.
We usually keep the backup of all weddings and events we cover for up to 30 days. So, we encourage our couples to use that month to make at least two backups of their data on their end so that their memories are always safe with them. We do not keep the backup beyond a month.
Wedding seasons are a busy time for us and thus we take 50 per cent of the amount at the time of booking to finalise your dates on our calendar. The remaining 50 per cent is due on the first day of our arrival at the venue or the first day of coverage, whichever comes first.
As a part of our deliverables, we usually provide the edited data via online software like iCloud, DropBox and the likes. We also have our own portal where we upload the edited data that the couple can access via a login ID and password that we provide. The same can of course be shared with friends and family to allow them to access it all as well.
The actual raw footage of stills and videos can go up to hundreds of gigabytes which is practically impossible to transfer online. So, if the couple wants their entire raw footage, we require a hard drive of appropriate storage capacity from the couple on which we then transfer the entire data.
Apart from the photographs, our deliverables include a wedding teaser of about 4 to 5 minutes, a wedding documentary of about 30 to 40 minutes and for social savvy couples, we also provide an Instagram teaser/reel of about one minute.
Yes, we totally understand how intimate a wedding is and how every couple has a dream visual for their wedding coverage and results. So, we usually allow two rounds of changes to the trailer and the film where the first round is a complete run through with all changes discussed and the second round is left for only minor edits, if required at all. To make things easier and in line with the delivery deadlines, we encourage our couples to give us their entire list of changes after the first round itself.
Delivering great stills and videos takes time and a lot of sorting, editing, and finalising the best shots. As a rule, we never deliver anything that we don’t love ourselves because we want you to get the best output to remember your special day by. So, for stills, our delivery time is usually between 8 to 10 weeks, while for videos it is anywhere between 10 to 12 weeks.
We, however, within a week of your wedding, do send you a sneak peek in the form of 20 to 25 stills which you can use for your socials and/or wedding announcement.
We take projects on a completely exclusive basis and do not allow hiring another team to work with us as we cover the event from ‘both sides’, photography and videography included. Covering events as grand yet intimate as weddings takes a lot of focus and detailed attention to various aspects. Working alongside different teams can result in chaos which in turn can show its negative impact on the output. Multiple teams on a wedding set can cause obstruction to the visuals, angles, lighting, and a lot more that we plan for our shoots which would neither be fair to the couple since they don’t get the quality they signed up for, nor to our team because we really do put in a lot of thought and planning into how we cover each wedding. Moreover, as the saying goes, too many cooks spoil the broth. Right?
Absolutely, YES! We’re the grandest mix of a Bollywood rom-com movie that is all about chasing love stories across the globe, no matter where they take us! You pick a place and we’ll be there.
No, the packages are solely based on the deliverables for the event coverage. All other expenses such as travel, accommodation, food, and others will be additional on actual basis.
Grand affair or not, a wedding is a wedding for us. As photographers who focus on story telling rather than just ‘getting the job done’ we do not believe in focusing on the scale of the wedding. For us all that matters is that it’s your special day, and you chose us to be a part of it!
Absolutely, yes! It’s your special day and of course you can make your suggestions for the music you want. But we mostly work as a team with you, to finalise the playlist for the film so that it’s a collaborative mix of not only your wishes but also our expertise in the matter. We try our level best to ensure that the music is such that it resonates with generations to come yet leaves a sweet smile of memories on your face when you watch it again on your 50th anniversary!
We do understand how expensive weddings are which is why we customise each package for every individual couple based on their unique specifications. However, premium wedding photography takes a lot more than just a camera and a click. It’s all about endless days of planning and the final execution to make it all come together as a dream.
